Regent’s Park
Learn all about this stunning architectural gem in the city’s North West.
It might boast a surprisingly village-like feel, but Regent’s Park is in fact within walking distance of much of central London.
Regent’s Park is almost entirely residential; aside from the park itself, its landscape is not dominated by businesses and cultural landmarks, which means it feels much homelier than other parts of central London. The scenery here is simply stunning, offering rose gardens, vast swathes of parkland, and even a boating lake that you can explore to your heart’s content. Those of you seeking a faster pace of life will be pleased to know that Camden Town is only a 15-minute walk away.
Move to Regent’s Park, and you’ll be in good company. Many of the villas and mansions here are owned by international royalty.
As they are built in the grounds of a Royal Park, many of the homes in this development that were originally designed by John Nash are still owned by the Crown Estate. However, they are available with longer leases to make moving to the neighbourhood a more attractive option.
Prices are generally lower than in London’s other prime locations, but costs will of course depend on whether you’re looking for a modest apartment, a terraced house, or a much larger luxury property.
